How do I place an order?
Choose your pack, add it to your basket and go through our secure checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been processed yet, we may be able to change or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible using the chat icon in the bottom-right corner or the form on our Contact Us page.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll get a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We deliver to Canada.
How long does shipping take?
Processing usually takes 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch, and you'll get a tracking link by email.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Every order to Canada comes with free tracked delivery.
Which plug will I get?
Every Xerovian Boot Dryer comes with a US 2-pin plug, designed for Canadian outlets.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
If you change your mind, let us know within 14 days of delivery and return the item unused, in its original packaging, within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is paid by you. Damaged, faulty or wrong items are covered for 30 days. See our Refund Policy for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, plus a short video showing the problem, so we can sort it out quickly.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return, or once your claim for a damaged or faulty item is approved. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Products
Are your products covered by a warranty?
If a product includes a manufacturer's warranty, this will be stated on the product page.
Will the product look exactly like the photos?
We make every effort to show our products accurately. Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings or product updates.
