Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Xerovian. Here's everything you need to know about delivery.
Where we deliver
We deliver to the United Kingdom, Ireland and Canada.
Delivery cost
Free tracked delivery on all orders.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Delivery time
Orders usually arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Christmas delivery
For the best chance of delivery before Christmas, please order by 25 November.
Tracking says delivered but you can't find it?
Please check with neighbours, any safe place, and your local delivery office first. If you still can't find it, contact us through the chat button within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll open an investigation with the courier, and we may ask you to confirm in writing that the parcel didn't arrive.
Delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, contact us and we'll chase the courier for you.
Delivery address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't redirect parcels once they've shipped, and re-delivery costs for an incorrect address are paid by the customer.
